An icon with a number overlay is displayed on the SMS and Webchat channel icons in the Tasklist component, serving as a visual cue for Agents about new or unread messages awaiting their attention or action within the application.
This addition was accomplished by replacing the custom Tasklist component with the Vanilla Flex Tasklist component.

- Resolved an issue where placing a call for a Callback task was unsuccessful when Multiple Outbound Numbers feature was enabled, and the Agent was not assigned any outbound number.

- Resolved an issue where the overlay on the Flex insights dashboard was covered by the left navigation panel, affecting the visibility of the date, and hiding the play/pause button for recordings within the Conversations dashboard.

- Resolved an issue where refreshing any page within the Admin Configuration Panel always redirected to the Agent Desktop page.
