- Corrected an issue where agents were unable to initiate new SMS when there were existing open conversations without associated tasks. This was addressed by improving the system to allow agents to seamlessly join existing conversations, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
- Improved Call Management:
- Resolved an issue where the warm transfer (consult) icon was missing for voice calls. Now, you can easily consult and transfer calls without any interruptions, ensuring a smoother and more efficient calling experience.
