- Multiple Outbound Numbers:
- Now, when you select a different Caller ID for outbound calls, it will correctly use your chosen Caller ID instead of the default.
- Similarly, when sending outbound SMS, the selected Sender ID will be used instead of defaulting to the primary one.
- Canned Responses:
- Improved the speed of the Agent Desktop, ensuring it handles large numbers of Canned Responses efficiently.
- Enforced the character limit for Canned Responses, ensuring consistency across the Supervisor Panel’s management.
- Transfer:
- Resolved the issue of tasks getting stuck during transfers, ensuring a smoother process.
- CRM Integration:
