Michael Fisher is responsible for the strategic positioning of Waterfield Tech’s portfolio of products and services, as well as the research and development, product management, and product development of its proprietary solutions.
Michael has built and led product, technology, and operations teams in organizations ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies. Over the past twenty-five years, he has guided companies from inception to sale and through mergers, acquisitions, and complex integrations.
Before joining Waterfield Tech, he served as the CEO and one co-founder of ElephantDrive, a cloud-based backup, storage, and synchronization platform that safeguards billions of files for individuals and small offices. There he directed the strategic vision for the company and managed the evolution of the business and its core products from the idea phase all the way to its combination with fellow industry trailblazer Jungle Disk LLC.
Prior to ElephantDrive, Michael was SVP of Product & Technology for casual games destination Flipside, a division of Vivendi Universal Games, and before that he oversaw Ad & Revenue Operations for casual games firms Uproar Inc and iWin.com.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Government from Harvard University.
