Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Administrator/Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Administrator/Developer to manage and optimize our Dynamics 365 CE environments, including Marketing, Sales, and Project Operations. This role combines administration and development expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions integrated with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps. Experience with Dual Write integrations and data migration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 Administration and System Management:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize Dynamics 365 environments (sandbox, production).
  • Oversee system security, user access, and role assignments to ensure compliance and governance.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with Microsoft Support as needed.
  • Plan and execute updates, patches, and new releases, testing changes in non-production environments.
  • Administer integrations with other enterprise systems using Azure Logic Apps and APIs.

Customization and Development:

  • Design and implement customizations using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
  • Build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain scalable custom APIs and integrations to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.

Data Management and Migration:

  • Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and quality control.
  • Utilize tools such as Tibco and Azure Data Factory for seamless migrations and integrations.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 data with other systems for comprehensive reporting.

Performance, Security, and Disaster Recovery:

  • Implement monitoring solutions, optimize system performance, and establish recovery strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, performing regular audits and access reviews.

Solution Architecture and Project Collaboration:

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies for efficient project management and release cycles.
  • Provide training and support to users and stakeholders for effective system utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of Dynamics 365 administration, customization, and development, including modules like Marketing, Sales, Project Operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and Dynamics SDK.
  • Integration Expertise: Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Dynamics APIs.
  • Data Management: Expertise in data migration using Tibco or similar tools.
  • Performance Tuning: Proven ability to optimize system performance and implement disaster recovery plans.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver in fast-paced environments.
