- Search Friendly Name Easily:
- We have addressed an inconvenience in the Admin Configuration Panel – Outbound Numbers sub-panel. Now, you can effortlessly search outbound numbers by partial friendly name.
- Supervisor Panel Update:
- The issue in the Supervisor Panel – Outbound Number page has been resolved. The Confirm button won’t keep loading endlessly, allowing you to update outbound numbers without any hassle, even after encountering an error with an empty friendly name.
- Sender ID Display Correction:
- We have resolved a small hiccup in the Outbound Dialpad. Now, the Caller ID selection dropdown correctly displays the friendly name for the Default Caller ID instead of showing ‘Default.’ This ensures a clearer and more user-friendly experience for your agents.
- Sender ID Display Correction:
- We have resolved an issue in the Outbound SMS Panel, so the Sender ID selection dropdown now displays the friendly name for the Default Sender ID.
- Outbound Dialpad:
