Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Position Summary

The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis, strategic planning, and business partnering, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

  • Lead the development of the annual budget, long-term strategic plans, and rolling forecasts in collaboration with various departments.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their financial needs and align budgeting and forecasting processes accordingly.
  • Drive continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating best practices and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
  • Identify key drivers of financial performance and trends, and present findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial feasibility of new initiatives, projects, and investments.

Business Partnering:

  • Build strong relationships with department heads and operational teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic partner, providing financial guidance and support to drive effective decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational activities.
