Booking and Accounts Receivable Manager

Position Summary

The Booking and Accounts Receivable Manager position will oversee our sales booking operations and manage accounts receivable processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen. This role requires the ability to coordinate sales order booking activities, monitor outstanding invoices, and implement strategies to optimize cash flow. The Booking and AR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in booking management and accounts receivable functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles in the US. Multinational accounting knowledge a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software. D365 highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Problem solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Cross-cultural experience a huge plus.
