Microsoft Power Platform Developer, D365 Administrator

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer and Dynamics 365 Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 platform to support our business processes and objectives. You will be responsible for system integration, configuration, user support, security management, and continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 environment. Core to this role will be leveraging your experience with Microsoft Power Platform products and related technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, Synapse, etc. to customize and enhance user experience and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms.
  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps).
  • Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives.
  • Build, deploy, and support Microsoft Power Platform custom applications.
  • Embed Power Platform components in D365, Teams, SharePoint, and more.
  • Design, develop, test and maintain power platforms that control the power systems, monitor their performance, and transmit data to external systems.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide development of programs and apps that fill end-user needs.
  • System Configuration and Customization:
    • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.
    • Design and implement workflows, processes, and automation to streamline business operations.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system changes.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure efficient utilization of Dynamics 365.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
    • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance.
    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose solutions to optimize processes.
  • Integration and Data Management:
    • Collaborate with our teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
    • Ensure data integrity by monitoring data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 advancements and recommend best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose solutions to optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform and D365, including configuration and customization.
  • Proven experience as a D365 Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience with MS licensing, security management and data privacy compliance.
  • Proficiency in system troubleshooting and technical support.

Additional Requirements

  • D365 certification preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.

  5. Agility: Agile and able to work in tight spaces such as server rooms, data centers or other.
